Title:

Technical Support Representative

Responsibilities:

• Technical support of digital imaging software via remote session and phone
• Setting up digital imaging software on PC’s and servers
• Technical resource for sales representatives for digital imaging software
• Test electronic equipment
• Train internal employees and clients remotely on digital imaging software
• Write necessary technical documentation
• Track all technical support issues in a central knowledge base
• Prepare Imaging equipment for shipping
• Shipping and receiving

Requirements:

• Graduate of a community college electronics/technology or computer program
• Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing
• Strong problem solving skills with a persistent attitude towards achieving high level of customer satisfaction
• Strong communication skills both written & verbal
• Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems; SQL, Microsoft Server, Storage Solutions, networking concepts are asset
• Solid IT support knowledge including Windows operating systems and  System Error Analysis
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work well within a team

Training on specific imaging software will be provided.
